| Central Mississippi Manufactured Housing has been dedicated to serving the State of Mississippi in the housing industry for over thirty years, by the same family. In 1972 the business was established by Joe R. Sanders. Joe is one of the few pioneers that is still around, he helped to organize the Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association. In 1999 at the young age of 67 he decided to retire. Now the business is owned by his son, Joe R Sanders II (Joey). Joey had the blessing in life to be able to work beside his father for twenty years. Joey and wife Lynn work together to carry on this proud tradition and are still an active member of the Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association today. |  |
